The Stakeholder Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who will oversee the delivery of stakeholder engagement and relationship management strategies for VicRoads.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, this is a key advisory role to executive and senior management, that also provides specialist advice to project leaders on the delivery of contemporary stakeholder engagement activities.
About you
The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior stakeholder role within a customer service, or similar industry. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plans that drive long-term success. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and reports for investor, board and senior government stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and advise executives and senior management. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including government bodies and the community. Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve challenges and enhance stakeholder confidence in challenging environments. Culture:
