About The Role
We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Innisfail branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the region as required.
About You
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
