About this role
This highly respected, multi-disciplinary architecture practice is looking for an experienced Bids & Communications Manager to plan, manage, and produce new business submissions and presentations and take over marketing strategy and production for the studio.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the submission process from inception to delivery
2. Support senior stakeholders in developing submission strategies & supporting strategic pursuits
3. Interpret client briefs and identify & source the content to support each submission
4. Contribute, edit, produce & proof well written, accurate & persuasive submissions
5. Update collateral including project sheets, CVs, capability statements & image resources
6. Contribute to pipeline management by updating client & prospect information in the CRM
7. Support new business activity including panel management, research & client engagement & procedures including prospect registration, go / no-go and submission reviews
8. Maximise online presence by developing and maintaining digital assets, while ensuring communication is on brand and optimised for search and user experience
9. Coordinate all communication tasks, while ensuring consistency of the brand identity
10. Assisting in the production of marketing collateral, print and digital media for internal and external communications
Skills and Experience
11. Experience working across bids, submissions and communications within a design or architecture practice
12. Strong time management skills & proven ability to work flexibly whilst managing multiple projects & deadline pressure
13. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
14. Intermediate software knowledge including In-Design, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint
15. High-level verbal & written communication skills including proof reading & editing content
16. Understanding of CRM processes
17. Understanding of new business submission processes
18. Ability to understand & interpret technical briefs
