About the Role
The Payroll Assistant role exists to support the Payroll Manager in ensuring workforce plans meet operational requirements (resource planning, modelling, and forecasting) in line with EA conditions while achieving service levels.
We currently have 2 positions available with the below working patterns:
* Availability Pre Go Live: Monday to Friday, 7 am or 8 am to 4 pm or 5 pm.
* Availability Post Go Live: Work between 6 am to 4 pm or 3 pm to 12 am. These may change depending on business needs.
* To start mid-February 2025 or the latest by March 2025.
As part of creating a safe working environment, all candidates for this role can expect to undergo a pre-employment medical check as part of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
* Review wages and sales forecast daily/weekly/monthly.
* Assist with the management of expenses within the CFC.
* Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
* Ensure return-to-work payroll process is followed within the Kronos system.
Requirements
* Understanding of retail store/CFC operations.
* Experience in KRONOS.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong learning orientation and confidence across various technology.
* Familiarity with WorkJam, Team Data, and current EA Agreement.
