You’ll play a key role in developing competency frameworks, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify skill gaps and develop training programs for onboarding, upskilling, and compliance.Deliver engaging classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning training.Assess and certify employee competencies, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.Maintain accurate training records and monitor effectiveness.Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR to align training with business needs.Leverage technology and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning experiences.What You’ll BringCert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.3+ years in technical training within manufacturing/industrial environments.Strong knowledge of operational processes, equipment, and safety regulations.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.Experience developing competency frameworks and conducting skills assessments.Proficiency in LMS and digital training tools is highly desirable.Why Join Noumi?At Noumi, every day is an opportunity to make an impact.
