deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, and experience executing high-impact marketing campaigns across various channels.The Brand Manager will be critical in maintaining consistency across all marketing channels, including overseeing social media platforms and ensuring that website content is optimised and aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.The Brand Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, and external agencies, to ensure brand consistency and drive awareness, loyalty, and market share.Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development:Assist in developing and implementing long-term and short-term brand strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to ensure the brands remain competitive and relevant.Brand Positioning and Messaging:Maintain the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.Maintain brand guidelines, including visual and verbal identity, tone of voice, and messaging.Marketing Campaigns:Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brands to target audiences.Collaborate with agencies and colleagues to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Social Media Management:Oversee the brand's social media strategy and daily management across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).Develop content calendars, curate posts, and monitor community engagement.Track performance metrics for social media campaigns and adjust strategies to increase engagement and brand presence.Website Updates & Content Management:Manage and update the company website to reflect the latest brand messaging, product offerings, and promotional content.Collaborate with web developers and agencies to implement essential updates, including content creation, image uploads, blog posts, and SEO optimisation.Ensure the website provides a seamless, branded user experience.Consumer Insights & Market Research:Conduct regular analysis of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.Use insights to adjust strategies and optimise brand performance.Budget Management:Assist with the management of the brand's marketing budget.Monitor and report on campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), and adjust tactics as necessary.Develop strategies to build long-term customer relationships, enhancing loyalty through exclusive experiences, personalised marketing, and customer-centric campaigns.Partnerships & Collaborations:Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and other brands that align with The Thomas Group's luxury image, driving brand visibility and prestige.Retail Support:Work closely with the retail team to ensure that in-showroom branding, visual merchandising, and customer experience are consistent with the overall brand strategy.Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, market share, and campaign ROI, using insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing initiatives.Key Metrics Increased brand awareness in the luxury market.Enhanced customer engagement and loyalty.Strong partnerships with influencers and luxury media.Required Skills & Experience Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the luxury or fashion sectors.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Integrated marketing campaigns.Data-driven with a deep understanding of market research and consumer behaviourStrong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and trends within the jewellery industry.Experience managing digital marketing efforts, including social media strategy, content creation, and optimisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling marketing initiatives.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Experience with CMS platforms (e.g.Shopify) for basic website updates.Personal
