This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure/Systems Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our team in a varied and dynamic role. This is a diverse role working within a small internal team servicing a national business based in our Fremantle office.
Responsibilities: Azure data storage solutions: Architecture, security, migration, and availability Internal server/network infrastructure and backup management Facilitating a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision, and security Maintaining strong ICT Support standards Upskilling existing staff in Azure Storage practices to improve capability National ICT Support escalation point and local support of central west Offices Experience: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Systems including Azure Storage, Exchange Online, EntraID, and Microsoft 365 Local systems knowledge including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell, Veeam, Fortinet, and networking Hardware troubleshooting – Dell/HP/Fortinet Ability to work autonomously while maintaining service standards Previous experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platforms Exposure to Cyber technologies and strategy Benefits of ACOR: Attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experience Employee Assistance Program Discounts on everyday products and services Regular social and fundraising events Ongoing learning & development 100% employee-owned company Please include a cover letter and resume with your application.
