Job Summary
This role is a 14/7 drive-in/drive-out roster position responsible for providing quality grounds keeping services to guests and customers, including basic maintenance work, grounds maintenance, and garbage collection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent facilities services in a timely manner consistent with all quality standards and service level agreements with minimum disruption to our guests and customers.
* General repairs and maintenance of site grounds, facilities, buildings, and general gardening duties.
* Regular collection and maintenance of waste throughout the site.
* Keep all work areas, workshops, tools, and vehicles in a tidy, safe, and professional condition.
* Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for our guests and customers.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Lf Forklift Licence.
* Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of equipment routinely used (e.g., ride on & push mowers, whipper snipper, blower vac).
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Proof of working rights within Australia.
* Valid National Police Check.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Remote work experience (highly regarded).
