Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP HCM Project Manager to manage and oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across our business.
The role will require excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a strong background in managing SAP HCM implementations, particularly SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors modules.
Coordinate and manage the project team, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and tracking of progress.
Oversee risk management, ensuring issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Provide strategic guidance on best practices for HR processes and system configurations in SuccessFactors.
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensure successful handover of the solution, including user training and post-implementation support.
Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules across any of the following: Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.
Experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and manage client expectations.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience managing 6-month or similar duration contracts is highly desirable.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
