We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week to join our team at YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.
About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of your fellow Coordinators, Senior Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Regional Manager and the OSHC Manager.
As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for:
* The development of quality programs
* Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
* Coordinate staffing and rostering
* Ensure compliance with policy
* Undertake administrative requirements
* Work collaboratively with families and the school community
As the OSHC Coordinator:
* You have Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children’s Services)
* You have sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
* You thrive in delivering Excellent customer service
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* You have a valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or the willingness to obtain them
* You have a current Blue Card, or the willingness to obtain one

YMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services care for children before school, after school and during holidays across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland. We are the fastest growing OSHC provider in the South East, which in turn provides our staff with the ability to grow and move through the company as their careers head to the next level.

YMCA Grovely Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is situated at Grovely State Primary School, licenced for 70 children and offer Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care between 6.30am- 6pm.
