Our Occupational Therapy Services Include: In-Home Occupational Therapy Online (Telehealth) Services In-Clinic Services Hospital in the Home: Work with: People with Disabilities (NDIS Participants) Aged Care Paediatric Comprehensive Care: Expertise in chronic pain management, stroke rehabilitation, dementia care, and home modifications. Key Responsibilities: Initial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's needs and goals. Customised Treatment Plan: Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on assessments. Therapy Delivery: Provide in-clinic, in-home, or telehealth therapy services to improve independence and functional capacity. Ongoing Support and Care: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to deliver consistent and effective care. Specialist Services: Offer hospital-level care at home and tailored therapy programs for NDIS participants, seniors, and children. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Registration: Full registration and limited AHPRA Experience: Two years Occupational therapy experience, aged care, and Paediatric therapy preferred.
