About the Opportunity
As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you will play an integral part in assisting Australians service their own businesses, ensuring millions of people remain connected and fostering community resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform customer sales and service transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Manage high-value transactions accurately, handling cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
* Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
* Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
About You
You are a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who excels in a team environment. You possess experience in customer service and/or cash handling, and are able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
