You will also support the finalization of projects by coordinating and preparing the necessary project documentation, including drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Tender Review: Review and assess tender scopes, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Project Engineers to provide quality assurance support during the tender process, including ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.
Quality Assessment: Assist in reviewing the quality of submitted tenders, ensuring they meet defined criteria and identifying potential risks or gaps.
Project Finalization: Support the project engineering team in finalizing project deliverables by ensuring that all technical drawings, specifications, and documentation are completed and meet required quality standards.
Documentation Coordination: Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, ensuring that drawings, plans, and technical reports are accurate, clear, and complete.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in both the tendering process and project execution, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of company quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience in quality assurance, tendering processes, or project engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices, and relevant industry regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in technical drawing software and project management tools is a plus.
