What role will you play?
You will support and lead your team to ensure they meet service level agreements and be a key point of contact for escalations as well as coach, mentor, and grow them to overachieve and deliver excellent service while fostering a positive team culture. By partnering with the business, you will build effective working relationships with the Settlements Manager, Team Leaders, senior management, and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
In addition, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiencies and utilise your experience in driving change to execute on these opportunities.
