Sales and Administration Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administration Officer to join our team at {company}.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing sales support to sales representatives and administration to all staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
* Receive and process client orders efficiently.
* Liaise with despatch and sales reps to ensure customer satisfaction on product and delivery.
* Manage incoming sales enquires and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Respond and forward requests as required.
* Follow up on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
* Reconcile Proof of Deliveries (PODs) to monthly statements and maintain accurate filing systems.
* Provide office support to sales reps and the General Manager.
* Greet guests, offer refreshments, and manage mail collection and distribution.
* Order stationery on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
* A current and updated resume must be attached with the application.

Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per annum
