The role
Costa’sRenmark office is seeking an administrator with export documentation experienceand international supply chain/customs exposure to join our Export &Logistics Team on a Full Time basis. Reportingto the Export Documents Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-enddocumentation process as it relates to the business’s export sales and exportfreight forwarding to overseas markets.
Whatyou’ll be doing:
This role suitsomeone with administration experience however candidates who are quicklearners, possess computing skills and perform well under pressure are alsoencouraged to apply. Strongattention to detail is critical in regards to the timely and accuratepreparation of export documentation and on the job training will be provided toensure the successful candidate’s successful integration into a dynamic workenvironment.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Process exportdocumentation to ensure processing requirements meet customer service anddestination Country standards.
2. Export sales dataentry into BSM, Caramba and SAP
3. Liaise withAccounts Payable to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
4. Liaise with 3rdparty export stakeholders as required to assist customer enquiries
5. Provide generalassistance in the office and perform other administrative tasks as requested
Whatyou’ll bring to the role:
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams would be an advantage
8. SAP experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
