About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our OOSH team at PCYC Tamworth. In this varied and flexible role, classified as Children Activities Coordinator under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be providing positive, fun, and creative experiences to children from kindergarten to year 6, and:
Lead a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging, and safe group classes.
Organise games and activities, including physical and creative aspects.
Provide customer service and membership administration duties, as required.
About You
Are you a passionate leader with the flexibility to work mornings and afternoons? As well as;
Knowledge and experience in a teaching or OOSH setting.
Ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
A degree in Primary Education, Diploma/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, School Aged Education and Care, or Educational Support.
First Aid & CPR certification, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (HLTAID012).
Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at risk certification (CHCPRT001).
Knowledge and experience with the National Quality Framework.
