Contribute to exciting HR projects focused on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing initiatives, and broader change management efforts, ensuring meaningful impact. Support a range of change initiatives, helping to plan, communicate, and implement changes smoothly while supporting leaders and employees through transitions. Prepare and present HR analytics and reports, delivering insights across key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and workforce trends.
