Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, this role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving growth, and fostering long-term customer relationships. The successful candidate will implement strategic territory plans, conduct customer reviews, and engage in commercial discussions.Key Responsibilities:Exceed sales targets, driving growth and new product launches.Develop strategic territory plans using sales data.Conduct customer business reviews and follow up.Engage in commercial discussions with technical product knowledge.Provide sales commentary and complete reporting.Implement category management strategies for product placement and in-store activations.About You:Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within health, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicine sectors. They should have a strong track record in sales, a growth mindset, and the ability to work in a hands-on team.
