We are looking for a Rental Operations and Training Manager to elevate the efficiency and compliance of our rental department. This role will oversee rental operations, compliance standards, systems and software and training and development.
This position is essential for facilitating communication and driving operational outcomes, with a strong focus on empowering the rental teams through ongoing training and resources to ensure sustained success.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to - Compliance Standards
Drive and guide the compliance standard across the Reliance network with all Property Management rules, regulations, laws and business processes, ensuring best practice methods.
Systems and Software
Ensure optimal system functionality by creating and maintaining user logins, managing
templates and automation setups, providing timely support for troubleshooting system errors and staying up to date with the latest software changes and innovation.
Training and Development
Effectively manage all internal and external training requirements, including the implementation of processes and procedures to align with Reliance service standards and compliance obligations.
Rental Operations
Enhance operational efficiency by facilitating communication between Rental Managers and team members, providing support for escalated issues, overseeing onboarding, ensuring best practices are followed and accurate advice and support is being provided.
