Based at the LMG Group in Hobart, incorporating Nissan, Mazda, Subaru & Mitsubishi, this apprenticeship combines a great range of on-the-job experience and structured theory elements to achieve a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Automotive Sales (AUR31020)
What can you gain from completing an Apprenticeship through Work & Training?
* You would be employed by Work & Training' and hosted to LMG for the duration of your apprenticeship.
* You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training Apprentice & Employment Consultant.
* The theory side of your qualification would be conducted by TasTAFE in the workplace.
Learning on the job:
* Assist with stock control by ordering, receiving and dispatching parts and components.
* Become a skilled parts interpreter, anticipating the needs of, and assisting the Service Team.
* Expect to gain confidence and customer service skills with a wide range of duties.
* Develop your written and verbal communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills.
* Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload.
* Learn how to prepare and compose documentation with accuracy.
