We have an exceptional opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our team at a national supplier company on the Gold Coast.
As their administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of customer orders, concrete batching, and deliveries. You will also play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming enquiries and orders while providing excellent customer service
* Taking orders, ensuring correct batches and concrete designs are accurately recorded into the system
* Tracking jobs, scheduling deliveries into the system, and updating these movements accordingly
* Communicating with other depots and drivers to ensure schedules and service are accurate
* Data entry and other general administration tasks
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
* Strong administration skills, including high attention to detail
* Highly organized with outstanding time management skills
* Confidence with computers and learning new systems
Work Arrangements:
* Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm
* ASAP start with a high possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate
