Calling all experienced Payroll Managers who wish to join a dynamic, innovative & people-focused NFP training organisation.19th September, 2024We are privileged to be partnering with an award-winning not-for-profit that specialises in apprenticeships and traineeships.They are focused on providing long-term, sustainable employment opportunities and training for future generations.The organisation has close to 50 years of experience in designing and delivering customised training to a network of industry partners.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the processing of end to end payroll on a national level ensuring awards, benefits and taxes are consistent with the federal and state laws.Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations are processed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.Reconciling and paying Superannuation, Work Cover, PAYG and all relevant statutory requirements.Ensure that all manual data processing of timesheets and coding is accurate prior to each payroll run.Full reporting as required to meet business needs, including financial and metrics reporting for the region.Participate in the payroll testing as new system is being implemented.About You:Previous experience in a similar role or senior wanting to step up.Be familiar with IR Legislation, Awards, etc.Payroll processing experience, dealing with multiple awards on a national level with an organisation with >700 payroll with manual timesheets, and coding experience.Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills.Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, taxes, and payroll legislation.The ability to communicate with a broad range of people and stakeholders.Working to meet deadlines with a strong ability to prioritise workloads.If this sounds like you, apply now.For more information, call Georgie .#J-18808-Ljbffr
