Your New Role
You will be a valued senior member of the firm, reporting directly to and being mentored by a top-calibre partner who is an industry-leading specialist construction/environmental/strata lawyer. You will primarily litigate on a full spectrum of intellectually stimulating disputes relating to:
* All types of building and construction disputes (50%) including adjudication applications, expert determinations, arbitrations, and conventional litigation
* All types of environmental/planning disputes (40%) such as town planning, rezoning, development applications, environmental prosecutions/compliance, land access/acquisition, environmental impact assessments/approvals, cultural heritage/vegetation protection/contaminated land issues, and climate change/sustainability, environmental risk
* Strata property litigation (10%)

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are admitted as a solicitor in NSW
* Have minimum 4 years' post-admission experience (up to Senior Associate level) in construction litigation (essential) with some experience in environmental/planning/local government law litigation or strata litigation
* Have strong communication, research, negotiation, advocacy, and client management skills
* Are practical, adaptable, commercial, deadline-driven, and results-oriented
* Hungry to advance your career long-term as a well-rounded versatile specialist construction/environmental/strata litigator
