Reporting to the Integrated Business Planning Manager, this role will support strategic projects, process improvement, and collaborate broadly across the business.In addition, the Analyst will also hold the following key role accountabilities:Support Category Management Activities including price change review, tender assessment, and market share analysis.Develop and maintain Procurement Spend Dashboard from a wider access of data source.Analyse spending, market trends, compliance, cost modelling, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Appraise saving initiative and track Initiative Project success and benefit realisation.Monitor contract performance to drive supplier to meet contracted SLA and commercial KPI.Prepare and present daily & month-end report to Executives and Procurement team members.Your Key Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Power BIStrong accuracy and keen curiosity with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Analytics in contract/procurement data management, preferably in a fast-paced or rapidly changing organisationDetail-oriented, proactive, comfortable to achieve in a rapidly changing environment.Strong commercial acumen, an ability to problem solving and to work autonomously.Previous experience within the healthcare sectorQualifications and AccreditationsQualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Lean, an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics.Professional Advancement: Recognition and Professional Development.
