About the Role
This role is perfect for any current brokers who are self-employed or one-man bands that hate running marketing programs and never get anything back in return. By joining Entourage, you will no longer need to spend thousands on Marketing or advertisements to get leads as you will use our well-established and recognised brand to gain more exposure. Once you get these leads, you will have full back-end support to get them to settlement with minimal input and maximum efficiency.
We are looking for determined and motivated brokers who are unafraid to work hard. Here at Entourage, we have high expectations for our staff members, but with that being said you will be rewarded with a great commission structure, a supportive team including back-end support ( Settlements team, Credit team), and industry-leading tech.
To set expectations for all brokers applying, you will be given some leads from the business. But we do expect you to create your referral network. If you do not have any, no problem. You will be guided and mentored by our head Brokers and Directors on how to do so.
Requirements
* Leverage your local network to build and maintain relationships, generating new mortgage opportunities.
* Provide tailored advice on loan products, guiding clients through the application and settlement process with a focus on their unique financial needs.
* Stay informed on the latest market trends and lending products to offer clients the best solutions.
* Collaborate with the Loan Market team to provide comprehensive finance services and meet client expectations.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and transparency throughout all client interactions.
