The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure all project goals are met.What Your Days Will Look LikeYou'll keep everyone on track with regular updates to project managers, team members, and clients, while managing risks and creating contingency plans when needed.
You'll take charge of meetings—scheduling, prepping agendas, and capturing all the key details to keep documentation spot on.
Plus, you'll assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
By working closely with the team, you'll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to top quality, all while providing essential admin support to the project managers.What You Will Bring To The RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
You'll bring strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
