The role Crown Sydney is seeking to appoint a Housekeeping Coordinator on a part-time basis to join their newly insourced Housekeeping team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager Housekeeping and Director of Housekeeping, key responsibilities of the Housekeeping Coordinator are to prepare daily task allocation sheets for room attendants and housekeeping attendants, coordinating enquiries and requests from other departments and guests, processing and delegating tasks to achieve optimal service delivery. Responsible for liaising with Front Office, Guest Services and Maintenance in the overall operational of rooms division. About you Experience as a Coordinator working in a Housekeeping or Hotel Operational five star customer service environment preferred Must be available to work at least 3 shifts per week, preferably Wednesday to Friday Professional and demonstrated organization and communication skills People and task coordination skills What we offer you Opportunities for career advancement and growth Fitted uniforms provided and laundered by Crown.
