National Leadership on Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence
The NSW Government is seeking corporate leaders to join the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Corporate Leadership Group (CLG). This initiative aims to bring together industry experts to address domestic, family and sexual violence in NSW.
The CLG will focus on:
* Championing gender-based violence prevention
* Strengthening the private sector's capacity to identify and respond to DFSV
* Exploring the banking and finance sector's role in supporting recovery from DFSV
* Advancing primary prevention and gender equality in the private sector
* Supporting workplace-specific approaches to reduce sexual harassment
Successful applicants will be recommended for appointment by the Hon Jodie Harrison MP and can hold a term of up to two years. A police check is required for appointees.
Requirements:
* Influence and decision-making powers within their industries
* Motivation to lead positive change and develop a culture where people feel safe and secure to report DFSV
* Commitment to contributing to the NSW Government's efforts to eliminate all forms of DFSV
Selection Criteria:
* Diversity and representation of various community groups, including women, Aboriginal people, people with disability, young people, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
