Job Title: Business Transformation & Customer Consultant
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Business Transformation & Customer team as a consultant. As a key member of our team, you will help organisations deliver successful outcomes through some of Australia's largest and most complex transformation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with the successful delivery of their business transformation projects across areas such as customer experience design and implementation, digital transformation, strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency, and process optimisation.
* Deliver complex transformation programs spanning the entire lifecycle from strategy through design and into implementation.
* Contribute to business development and account management activities such as pursuits, proposals, and managing key relationships.
Skills and Attributes for Success
To be successful in this role, you will require a structured approach to critical problem solving, hands-on experience in delivering projects or programs involving business and/or technology transformation, and strong capabilities in understanding business operations, sales, service, and marketing transformation.
