We have current opportunities in the Adult Care Coordination team.
Our team is seeking experienced candidates who are passionate about providing recovery orientated and strengths focused interventions to individuals between the ages of 18-65 years of age with severe and persistent mental illness.
This role suits someone seeking weekday work from Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5pm. (subject to operational changes).
Being a pool clinician is unique! You will be filling a vacancy in the Adult Care Coordination team; as other vacancies arise throughout our service you may be required to transfer into another position and share your skills within our service!
You will be based at Liverpool, however future opportunities may also present at Ingleburn, Campbelltown, Ambarvale, Bankstown, Fairfield, Bowral and Wollondilly based mental health services.

What You'll be Doing
The Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing evidence-based, strengths focused, recovery orientated assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating consumers’ recovery plans. The role is also responsible for non-clinical tasks including participation in quality improvement activities, clinical supervision and participation in administrative responsibilities as required.

5. Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health).

7. Using an example, describe a time where you have had to work as part of a team to solve a problem. Outline the communication skills used and how you ensured the problem would not occur again.
8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
