We have multiple exciting opportunities for Claims Specialist to join our Terri Scheer Team in Adelaide.
Our Terri Scheer brand is one of the market leaders in Landlord Insurance. We are looking for vibrant, passionate and customer focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Within this role you will be speaking with customers over the telephone to provide advice and information in relation to claims for property damage and loss of rent. You will be responsible for registering new claims and be the first integral point of contact for our customers.
Position Overview:
1. Job Title : Claims Specialist
2. Brand : Terri Scheer Landlord Insurance
3. Location : 1 King William Street, Adeliade
4. Salary: $56,500 + 11% Super
5. Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with mix of Work from Home and in Office, (post probation period)
6. Shift Patterns : Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (rotational rosters) between our business hours of 8am-7pm

What you’ll do
7. Adopt a customer focus in the delivery of internal/external Services
8. Build, enhance and maintain quality relationships with all internal and external customers
9. Alignment of Team objectives to ensure effective delivery of our customer proposition
10. Providing exceptional service to our customers by being the first point of contact for all inbound claim calls
11. First point of contact for telephone enquiries and lodgment of new claims
12. Efficiently and accurately action incoming emails to the claims inbox
What you’ll bring
13. Excellent data entry skills including a high level of accuracy
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Willing to pursue a career in general insurance
16. Willing to work rostered hours to cover hours of operation in each state of Australia
17. Initiative and accountability
