Our mission is to provide exceptional care and industry-leading outcomes. About the role: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Regional Manager to lead our nursing teams across Western Australia. In this role, you will provide professional and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, comprehensive, and patient-centred care across our partner residential aged care facilities (RACFs). Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage clinical operations, recruitment, staff development, and quality improvement processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical and operational management of the nursing workforce in the designated region. Be a presence in RACFs, building strong relationships with Care Managers and Facility staff. Ensure best practice and compliance with clinical standards for nursing staff. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and support organisational growth. Manage the recruitment, education, and training of nursing staff in the region. Handle monthly accountability reports and quality documentation, supporting transparent and inclusive care practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the values of dignity, respect, and patient-centred care. About you: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration. Experience in aged care, general practice, or similar settings. Proven leadership skills with experience managing remote or regional nursing teams. Strong clinical skills and a passion for providing exceptional aged care services. Tech-savvy, with the ability to use electronic health records and clinical software effectively. Willingness to travel regularly across Western Australia. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in aged care practices and regulations. Ability to address challenges and implement process improvements to enhance the quality of care.
