About the Registered Nurse Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Regional NSW.
Our client is a well-respected provider of aged care services, driven by their mission to focus on individualised care and support. They have been approved by the Australian Government as an accredited provider of subsidised aged care services, with over 2,000 residents across Australia and employing more than 605 staff nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality clinical care to residents in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
* Lead and supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees, ensuring effective allocation of duties and responsibilities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide quality clinical and care services that align with organisational policies, the ANMC Code of Ethics, Code of Professional Conduct, and common law affecting nursing practice.
* Promote a culture that prioritises wellbeing, safety, and individual accountability through proactive hazard identification and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in aged care settings.
* Strong understanding of Aged Care legislation and AN-ACC Care Minute requirements.
* Effective delegating, supervising, and leading skills.
* Current APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse and tertiary education in Nursing.
