About You
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Unit team. The ideal candidate will possess:
* Registration or eligibility for registration as a General Nurse with a current practising certificate, along with completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care and consult with experienced staff when needed.
* Experience in the care and management of acutely ill patients, demonstrating the ability to assess staff competence and contribute to their learning.
* A thorough understanding of nursing responsibilities in the recovery setting, with a commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.
