Keppel Coast Law is an established general law practice in Yeppoon, Central Queensland.We are currently recruiting a Junior Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.The preferred candidate will offer vital support across multiple areas within the business. This role necessitates excellent communication skills (written and oral), a proactive mindset, teamwork capabilities, and proficiency in managing concurrent tasks. Our ideal candidates will have a pivotal role in promoting a productive and professional work environment.We encourage all students who have just completed Year 12 in Yeppoon to apply.Key Responsibilities:Undertake general administrative duties including file management, correspondence handling, appointment scheduling, and record maintenance.Manage incoming calls and enquiries by providing accurate information and redirecting when necessary.Execute receptionist duties, including welcoming clients and coordinating appointments and meetings as required.Prepare and disseminate internal communications, memos, and information.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows and timely task completion.Safeguard confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.Support in coordinating staff training and maintaining records.Preparing documentation and correspondence.Qualifications:No legal qualifications required.Prior experience in a law firm is desired but not necessary.Experience with LEAP legal software is desired but not necessary.Proficiency in utilising office software, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).Strong organisational and time management competencies.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiencies.Ability to prioritise tasks, working both independently and within a team.To apply, kindly submit your resume along with a cover letter addressing your suitability for the role.
