We are currently seeking full-time (would consider part-time) customer service representatives to join our Administration/Customer Service team based in our office in North Plympton SA. The successful applicant will join an established team for Monday to Friday work with no weekend commitments. They will need to have a can-do attitude and be able to work in a team environment.
As an Admin/Customer Service Officer you will aid and support our customers on behalf of local councils as well as Solo Resource Recovery.
This role involves:
* Providing excellent customer service through strong customer engagement in a high-volume contact call centre environment;
* Providing information to customer enquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and discretion;
* Liaising with other departments and drivers to ensure services are completed in a timely and efficient manner;
* Navigating multiple systems and platforms;
* Undertaking a range of administration duties including responding to email correspondence and data entry.
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
* High level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail;
* The ability to adapt to changing work conditions;
* The aptitude to learn and navigate multiple systems;
* An ability to interpret and apply procedures;
* A high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality;
* A positive and resilient outlook.
