Our premier Pindara private hospital is a 370 bed acute care hospital located at Benowa. As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the on-site pharmacy team and participate in specialised medication management & clinical services to both the dispensary and hospital wards.Oversee & drive a range of specialist pharmacy services across both the ward and clinical dispensary, catering to the needs of our valued patients.Mentor and develop the skills of our team, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage.What You’ll BringBachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRAStrong leadership & relationship management skills, with an ability to lead a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing softwareExperience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:Proof of immunisation against infectious diseasesA national police check conducted within the last 12 monthsWhy you’ll love working for us:Here at Ramsay Pharmacy, we believe in better care.
