About the RoleReporting to the Business Development Director, you'll support all things marketing, with a primary focus on content creation. This role will encompass managing our social media platforms, generating engaging visual and written content, and working across our website and marketing channels. This position is ideal for a creative individual who is happy to jump in front of the camera and has an understanding of how to engage audiences through digital platforms. Responsibilities Content Creation: Capture and edit product photos, generate social media assets, and write compelling copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.Website Management: Update e-commerce content (product listings, descriptions, blog posts, SEO optimizations) and maintain site accuracy.Social Media Growth: Manage and grow our social media presence, including creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts across all channels.Collaboration & Coordination: Work with our digital agency on SEO and campaigns, and assist with producing marketing collateral for social, digital, and print use.Testing & Optimization: Ensure all web content is functional, visually accurate, and SEO-friendly; regularly monitor and update website links, images, and details.Reporting: Assist in gathering social and website statistics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategies.About You Bachelor's degree or current student in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.Skilled in social media and content creation with basic photo editing and graphic design (not essential, training can be provided).Experience with paid media channels (Facebook & Google Ads) and Google Analytics is an advantage but not essential.Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail for proofreading and audience-focused writing.This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Some Saturday work is required (two Saturdays a month, 9 pm - 1 pm).
