This role requires flexibility, including the availability to support with morning and afternoon shifts including occasional overtime.
Your duties will include:Assist with patient mobility and transport within the hospitalAssist patients be moved on and off operating tablesDeliver supplies, equipment, and specimens as required.Provide support to nurses and healthcare staff in patient care tasks.Assist with lifting and positioning patients safely.Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control procedures.Restock theatre equipment and setting up operating theatresGeneral cleaning of theatres including rubbish removalSkills And ExperiencePrevious experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.Ability to lift and move patients safely.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A compassionate and patient-centered approach.Availability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Current Drivers Licence preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.What's in it for you?Professional Advancement:Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
