THE POSITION
We are after a weekend chef for St Peter's College with state of the art kitchen to feed up to 100 boarders on the weekend during term times
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimise wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
THE PERSON
Confident and has the experience in producing food for 50 plus students on their own
Drivers licence as we use registered golf buggies to transport
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
