You will delight our regular guests with your ability to remember their name, and just how they like their coffee served or their eggs prepared. With every perfect serve, the more you can enjoy each day.
You will:
* Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
* Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
* Recruit, manage, train, develop and inspire the breakfast service team.
* Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by the active selling of special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and marketing team to innovate and elevate our service offering.
Qualifications
You will be a dynamic leader, with a creative flair and a passion for continuous improvement. You will inspire our team to deliver exceptional service every day.
