We get that the 9-5 isn’t for everyone, and we’re open to hear what works for you.As an Automation & Control Systems Engineer you will ideally bring to the role:Strong experience, preferably from mining projectsTertiary qualifications in Electrical, Controls, Automation or Mechatronics EngineeringDemonstrated experience delivering process control systems for miningExperience in control systems such as GE Cimplicity SCADA, GE Proficy Historian, PAC Machine Edition and/or Emerson RX3i CPE330 ControllersExperience with programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, VB and VBS preferred but not essentialOther experience that will be seen favourably includes Apron/Belt Feeders, Jaw/Cone Crushers, Conveyors, Stackers, Bucketwheel Reclaimer, Bridge Reclaimer, ACS/SMS, and Materials HandlingWe are growingAt Verbrec, we empower change and create opportunities for you to develop a supercharged career pathway, whether it is technical or focused on the people.
