Your responsibilities will include:Driving new business initiatives whilst leading a team managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various Allied and Complementary Health industriesDeveloping and maintaining a growth pipeline and looking for strategic opportunities for cross-sell of products, services, and risk solutions to both existing and potential clientsSupporting and coaching colleagues on Aon go to market strategy whilst acting as a technical referral point for colleagues and clients as requiredEngaging with potential clients through networking, referrals, pro-active marketing, presentations, or any other methodsActively participate in and support Business Development activities and be available for joint client/prospect meetings as/where required.Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience or interest in mentorship and/or team leadershipEntrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business successTier 1 accreditation or higherDemonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of insurance productsAnalyse information/data to find opportunities and with an ability to 'think outside of the box'Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skillsExperience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SalesforceAon values an innovative, diverse workplace where all colleagues feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
