$170,000 – $200,000 Total Remuneration PackageFirst National Real Estate is looking for a talented Membership Director in this newly created role, to join the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and drive the expansion and satisfaction of the national network of members.Are you a strategic leader with a passion for member engagement and growth, looking for your next exciting challenge?About the Role:Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer in this newly created role, the Membership Director is a key member of the ELT, responsible for driving the growth, retention and engagement of our members. This role oversees all aspects of membership acquisition, account and relationship management, and all members services to ensure a positive and value driven experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead your teams in developing and executing strategies to expand the membership community in line with First National’s strategic goals.Enhance Member satisfaction and strengthen relationships through data driven approaches delivered by the National Relationship Team.Ensure membership acquisition and sound account management.Lead and facilitate the Member Services delivery team.Skills and Experience required:Membership Growth and engagement: Proven experience in driving membership growth and developing strategies to achieve targets, ideally within the Real Estate Sector.Leadership and Change Management: Experience leading organisational change and supporting executive leaders, along with strong people management skills to support and develop your teams.National strategic and operational expertise: within a franchise, membership or cooperative organisation with sound negotiation and decision making.Communication and Relationship Building: An influential and collaborative style to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships.Qualifications and Professional memberships: A degree in management, business administration, marketing or communications is required, along with any relevant professional memberships.Location: Based at our National Support Office (NSO) in Richmond, Victoria. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Executive Leadership team (ELT), NSO employees, and the Board of Directors. You will also manage relationships with members, performance partners, and other stakeholders.
