Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Quest Woolloongabba. Reporting to the Franchisee, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and building relationships with local businesses and corporate clients. This position requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities and represent the Quest brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Local Area Knowledge: Identify and engage with target accounts in the local area, attending community events and networking opportunities to enhance Quest's presence.Sales Planning: Contribute to the Business Plan and conduct market analysis to ensure alignment with property performance and market trends.Sales Calls: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, delivering effective presentations and utilizing appropriate sales techniques.Sales Activity Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales activities, ensuring effective follow-up on leads and maximizing revenue opportunities.Marketing: Collaborate with the Franchise Manager to develop promotional ideas and marketing materials that align with the Quest brand.Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related business discipline; hospitality or tourism qualifications are a plus.Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales or account management in a B2B environment; experience in the hospitality or tourism industries is advantageous.Skills: Strong sales, networking, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Proficient in IT applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated with a passion for sales and a collaborative approach.Friendly, approachable, and capable of working independently under pressure.High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.Why Join Us?
