In addition, we are helping to lead the Australian design movement with our own brand, NAU. We span across six showrooms and 2 monobrand stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, plus e-commerce in Australia. About the opportunity. We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team to focus on the Commercial A&D market in Sydney. This role requires a self-motivated individual, based out of our new showroom in Chippendale, to help grow our market share through regular client interaction and initiatives, meeting sales targets and KPIs. Key Responsibilities include: • Achieve or better an agreed personal sales budget by nurturing project leads through each stage of the sales funnel. • Establish and maintain client relationships with key accounts through strategic planning and execution, including presentations and entertainment, and exceptional customer service. • Ensure customer satisfaction with project procurement and supply in coordination with sales support and logistics functions. • Develop a strong knowledge across Cult’s brand portfolio. • Keep up to date on industry trends, products, pricing and activities About you: The successful applicant will have: • Established relationships with architects, interior designers & key stakeholders in Sydney, including key Commercial A&D practices. • Minimum 3 years commercial sales experience in the design industry with strong business acumen. • Thorough understanding of the commercial procurement process with a strong emphasis on maintaining specification and driving new opportunities during the project timeline. • Ability to be engaging and build rapport with our clients through excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Passionate about interiors and design with dedication to Customer Service. • A current NSW drivers' licence Salary based on experience.
