This maximum-term (12 months), full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.As the healthcare needs of Queenslanders grow, so does the role of Mater Foundation. Mater Foundation is an iconic Queensland fundraising and philanthropic institution, committed to providing exceptional care through health, education and research.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of innovative, successful and cost-effective digital marketing activities to ensure the lottery division meets its KPIs.Build and nurture respectful working relationships within the Lotteries team and stakeholders across the wider Mater Foundation business.Draft and prepare agency briefs, project timelines, and budgets.Work closely with the wider Lotteries team to ensure all supporter-facing communications adhere to brand guidelines.Support the Head of Digital to meet the digital team's KPIs through both paid and non-paid digital channel management.Manage Google AdWords and Meta marketing planning.Assist with administration (budget) and reporting.Contribute to the development of the organic social media and community building strategy.Help oversee the creation and implementation of organic campaigns.Support the evidence-based identification and prioritisation of improvements for ongoing channel improvements.Test different value propositions to identify core motivations for purchase.Create executive summaries of key reports for the Head of Digital - Lotteries.About you:You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media or a related discipline and at least 3+ years relevant work experience in digital within a marketing team.An understanding of best practice Digital Marketing techniques.Campaign and Project management skills with demonstrated ability to develop clear plans and timelines.Proven analytics capability and ability to use data to inform decision making.Minimum 3 years agency and relationship management skills.Experience driving quality control processes and assessing effectiveness at achieving key objectives.A thorough understanding of digital growth and acquisition marketing, digital creative and content.Previous exposure to website content administration - content management systems.Experience in content production tailored to the channel and audience.Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.Benefits:Via salary packaging arrangements, allocate some living expenses directly from your pre-taxable income.Access to leading education and professional development via Mater Education.Access to our Employee Assistance Program and on-site pastoral care teams.Discounts to local and national business/venues for Dining/Retail/Travel & Accommodation.Unlimited access to discounted fitness facilities through Fitness Passport.Access to on-site, discounted parking.Discounted food and beverage at various campus cafés.Access to gym, pool and end of trip facilities within our new purpose-built corporate office in Newstead.Mater is committed to the wellbeing of their staff, supported by flexible and remote working policies.Advertised: 26 Feb 2025 E.
