ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for optimising workforce operations and fostering strategic growth? We're looking for a dedicated Workforce Planning Capability Manager to become a crucial part of our Retail Optimisation team at the Cotton On Group. In this role, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold country-specific workforce priorities and drive impactful optimisation initiatives.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
• Develop and operationalize consistent systems and processes that supports delivery of business strategy and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align and support workforce optimisation objectives based on country priorities.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimisation, leading to tangible improvements.
• Use insight and data to take ownership of strategic planning, encompassing scheduling operations and ensuring scheduling compliance in all regions.
• Ensure the configuration of systems and rules meets operational requirements effectively.
• Work in tandem with the People and Performance team to provide technical and behavioural training, empowering users with ongoing system proficiency.
• Monitor and assess system performance metrics, generating insights for key stakeholders.
• Analyse compliance data, extracting valuable insights and proposing recommendations.
• Coach stakeholders in adopting new behaviours and practices aligned with workforce management frameworks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in workforce optimization and strategic planning, ideally in retail.
• Deep understanding of business operations and financial dynamics, enabling you to make decisions that align with commercial objectives.
• Proficiency in crafting and executing effective strategies to drive organisational growth and success with proven experience influencing key stakeholders.
• Capability to identifying challenges, analysing root causes, and developing innovative solutions.
• The ability to make well-considered decisions by weighing various factors and potential outcomes.
• Open mindset that embraces creativity and encourages the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
• Collaborative nature that allows you to effectively work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
