You will lead exciting and varied projects ranging from $2-$25 million in budget across all project phases with the support of both the architecture and interiors team, and report directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of multiple projects in the role of Project Architect across all phases independentlyWork through Contract Administration stageProduce your own documentationPreparation and management of project tendersQuality Assurance reviews, markups and mentoringLead and manage small project teams when requiredSkills & Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in hospitality design advantageousOperating at a level of 3+ years post registration experienceExperience administering ABIC contracts/lump sum contractsAbility to manage small projects from end-to-end and meet deadlinesTechnical expertise with Architectural construction detailingAbility to lead a small teamRevit proficient, Microsoft Suite and Adobe Photoshop also beneficial.Culture and Benefits:
